Summary

flesh out raylib.pb with structures, constants, and function prototypes used by a Pong demo
add a full Pong example demonstrating window setup, game loop, and draw logic

Testing

python run.py build ./examples/ray_pong.pb (fails: Attribute access must be through an identifier)
