This has been done by an import-export loop programatically by using a locally-created artisan command Upgrades all files to latest version, to yaml format, and updates the update_url to yaml also no other details changed within

Changes:
update_urls to the new yaml fileNot formally tested every individual one, but is a semantic change which has been done by importing and re-exporting programatically using new command here: pelican-dev/panel#2379
