SPIFFS_write() doesn't change the source data, so mark it as const. This fixes a warning when SPIFFS_write() is used on read-only data.

SPIFFS_write() doesn't change the source data, so mark it as const.
This fixes a warning when SPIFFS_write() is used on read-only data (and probably allows some compiler optimizations).
