Problem (in our own words)

The submission claims widespread code duplication (40-60 lines across 3+ modules) and insufficient test coverage (<60%) in helpers/, _framework/, and base/output/. All claims are written in Chinese and name real directory paths but provide zero specific evidence — no function names, line numbers, or code snippets.

• desloppify/app/commands/helpers/attestation.py — distinct attestation validation logic, no duplication
• desloppify/app/commands/helpers/display.py — unique issue ID formatting helper
• desloppify/app/commands/helpers/guardrails.py — unique triage staleness detection
