Hi, I'm Patrick 👋

Full-stack developer based in Tampa, FL. I build web apps, desktop tools, and the occasional thing that plugs into a Raspberry Pi. I like taking a messy real-world problem, modeling it carefully, and shipping something people can actually use.

What I'm working on

  • Juntas Seguras — Next.js 14 + MongoDB platform for managing community savings pools (ROSCAs), with MFA, Stripe Identity verification, and a full Jest + Playwright test suite. Live demo →
  • Pinellas Property Finder — Django + Celery + Redis pipeline that scrapes and merges property records from multiple Pinellas County data sources, with on-demand Excel/PDF exports. Live demo →
  • TabVision — Electron + Flask app that transcribes guitar tabs from video by fusing Basic Pitch audio analysis with MediaPipe finger tracking.
  • Weasel Entertainment System — A 6-game arcade launcher in Pygame for the Raspberry Pi, with NES-style USB gamepad support.
