Add a nested list view of application processes

Add a compact nested list view of the processes for an application. Each level of nesting can be expanded or collapsed and the list can be searched.

Thanks @nathanl, this is pretty awesome! I think I am okay with adding another application tree view, but I have a question about the navigation components.

I love it! I also haven't been maintaining things for a while so we should probably get some input from someone like @SteffenDE before we merge :)
