Batch sync 54 small file updates

Went through https://doc.php.net/revcheck.php?p=files&lang=de and picked all files with minor cleanups and small numbers of lines changed to get the list a bit more manageable.

I hope this is easily reviewable, but let me know if you'd prefer PRs to be sliced differently.

Notes:

• reference/pgsql/functions/pg-affected-rows.xml: Translated SELECTed with SELECTierten als the whimsical way of putting that also works in German instead of "die Anzahl der mit dem SELECT gefunden Zeilen".
• language/types/integer.xml: Reformatting made the diff a bit verbose
• language/types/integer.xml: We do say cast instead of typumwandlung in other places in the German docs as well, so I kept that.
