PHP 8.5 added the filter throw-on-failure feature: the FILTER_THROW_ON_FAILURE flag plus the new Filter\FilterException and Filter\FilterFailedException classes. Documents the constant and the two class pages (modeled on the namespaced Uri exception pages).
