Ajoute un job CI qui, pour les fichiers
.xmlmodifiés par une PR, vérifie que la structure bloc reste un miroir de doc-en (sections, listes, para/simpara, exemples, synopsis). Mode diff : seuls les fichiers touchés et à jour (EN-Revision == dernier commit EN) sont analysés, le reste est ignoré. Sortie en annotations via cs2pr.Complète le build (DTD) et check-whitespace, sans les remplacer. Le script vit dans
.github/scripts/et le workflow est repris tel quel par n'importe quelle langue (seul le code langue change).
