Xion has rebranded to Verona. Testnet-repo counterpart to the merged ping-pub/mainnet rebrand. Same chain, renamed listing entries with updated display symbol and logo. - chains/mainnet/xion.json -> verona.json - chains/testnet/xion.json -> verona.json - add logos/verona.png (750x750), remove orphaned logos/xion.png chain_id, bech32 prefix (xion), and coingecko reference are unchanged.

Xion has rebranded to Verona. This is the testnet-repo counterpart to the rebrand already merged in
ping-pub/mainnet(ping-pub#222), opened here per @liangping's note that the testnet config lives in this repo now.Same chain, so it's a rename of the existing entries rather than new chains:
chains/mainnet/xion.json->chains/mainnet/verona.jsonchains/testnet/xion.json->chains/testnet/verona.jsonchain_name->verona, assetsymbol->VERONA, and logo pathslogos/verona.png(750x750), removed the now-orphanedlogos/xion.pngchain_id, bech32 prefix (xion), and the coingecko reference are intentionally unchanged.
