Message-Id could have = character (ex. <CA+V_QA9Y7VHyV3bUdghs=d==96=szbmjoXxM0OhR2sUh8ztqdg@mail.gmail.com>) Enveloped saved for this was ignoring the Message-Id due to explicit check for (=). This fix eliminates the same.
