Issues: Current, function `show_history()` does not work well with mpv-menu-plugin. `last_state.pages` lost the first page after `dyn_menu_update()`. Fixes: Add a new parameter `dyn_menu` for `dyn_menu_update()`. Add a new key_binding `memo-dyn-menu-next` for dynamic menu command.
