This does not fix #1137. On an addw2 set to 3200x1800 and scaled 200%, with the dock set to always visible, I'm seeing the same behavior as the video in that issue:

This does not occur if the dock is set to autohide; in that case, the third window quarter-tiles as it's supposed to.
