Adds an optional, non-secret
homefield to thesnowflakeconnection sub-section forSNOWFLAKE_HOMEdirectory containingconnections.toml. Workbench Managed Credentials placeconnections.tomlin a non-default location, and this field points Snowflake credential discovery there.Closes #8. Unblocks posit-dev/positron#14708.
