This PR introduces a new "Table Preview" feature for the documentation system, enabling rich, interactive previews of CSV, TSV, JSONL, Parquet, and other data files both in Python and via a Quarto shortcode. The changes add core API functions, a Quarto extension, CLI helpers, and comprehensive test/demo coverage for the new table preview functionality.
