Add Ubuntu 26.04 (Resolute) to all three images for the 2026.05.1 production release, the daily dev stream, and the connect-content matrix. Builds target linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. - connect: new Containerfile.ubuntu2604.jinja2 template and package list; 2026.05.1 and daily stream updated - connect-content: new Containerfile.ubuntu2604.jinja2 template and package list; added to matrix os list - connect-content-init: new Containerfile.ubuntu2604.jinja2 template; 2026.05.1 and daily stream updated Posit packages are published to the Cloudsmith resolute repo, so apt.run_setup() uses the OS-detected codename with no override.
