Adds a skill for generating llms-full.txt for Python package documentation sites built with Quarto and quartodoc. Quarto 1.9 handles llms.txt natively; this skill covers the llms-full.txt complement with cleaned page content. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
