This PR standardizes the project's directory naming convention to TitleCase and significantly enhances the documentation. All scripts are now documented with their respective time complexities using LaTeX notation in both the root and subdirectory READMEs. Additionally, broken Table of Contents links in the root README have been fixed by adhering to GitHub's anchor generation rules. The functional integrity of the codebase was verified by executing all non-interactive scripts.

…y analysis

- Renamed `Error-debug/` to `ErrorHandling/` and `deque/` to `Deque/` for TitleCase consistency.
- Updated root `README.md` to reflect new directory names and standardized Table of Contents links.
- Fixed root `README.md` TOC anchor links to match GitHub-style slugs (leading emojis stripped).
- Added LaTeX time complexity notation to all subdirectory `README.md` files and root `README.md`.
- Corrected Shell Sort complexity to $O(n^2)$ and documented Deque operation complexities.
- Verified functional integrity of all 49 non-interactive scripts.
