This PR significantly improves the repository's documentation by adding technical depth and ensuring structural consistency.

Key changes:

  1. Directory Renaming: Error-debug/ was renamed to ErrorHandling/ and deque/ to Deque/ to follow a consistent TitleCase naming convention used throughout the project.
  2. Comprehensive Documentation Update:
    • The root README.md now includes Big O complexity analysis for every single script (50 in total).
    • Table of Contents anchor links were standardized to follow GitHub-style slug generation rules.
    • Each subdirectory now has a dedicated README.md that provides implementation details and complexity analysis for its respective scripts using LaTeX notation.
  3. Complexity Analysis: Time and space complexities were determined by analyzing the source code for each implementation, ensuring the documentation is accurate and grounded.
  4. Verification: All 49 non-interactive scripts were batch-verified to ensure they execute successfully after the directory restructuring.

These improvements make the repository a much more valuable educational resource for learning Data Structures and Algorithms in Python.
