This PR improves the project documentation and organization by:

  • Renaming deque/ to Deque/ and Error-debug/ to ErrorHandling/ for naming consistency.
  • Updating the root README.md to reflect these changes and fixing Table of Contents links that were broken due to GitHub's emoji-handling in slugs.
  • Enhancing the documentation in several subdirectories (Deque, Queues, Stacks) with Big O time complexity analysis for each implementation.
  • Ensuring all non-interactive scripts are functional and pass basic execution checks.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5383092927604158482 started by @ppant

- Standardized directory naming to TitleCase (`Deque/`, `ErrorHandling/`).
- Updated root `README.md` project structure and fixed internal links.
- Fixed Table of Contents anchor links to correctly match GitHub's slug generation for headers with emojis.
- Added time complexity analysis ($O$ notation) to subdirectory `README.md` files for Deque, Queues, and Stacks.
- Standardized `ErrorHandling/README.md` format.
- Verified all scripts execute successfully without errors.
