This change standardizes the repository's documentation and directory structure. It includes:

  • Renaming directories to follow a consistent TitleCase convention.
  • Fixing broken Table of Contents anchor links in the root README.md caused by emoji slugification.
  • Adding detailed time complexity analysis (Big O notation) for all 50 algorithm and data structure implementations across the repository.
  • Ensuring every categorical subdirectory has a descriptive README.md following a consistent format.
  • Verifying that all Python scripts remain functional after the restructuring.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4387908372569658338 started by @ppant

- Rename `deque` to `Deque` and `Error-debug` to `ErrorHandling` for TitleCase consistency.
- Update root README.md with correct directory links and fixed Table of Contents anchor links.
- Add comprehensive time complexity analysis using LaTeX notation to root and all subdirectory READMEs.
- Ensure all 50 Python scripts are correctly linked and documented.
- Verify functional integrity of all non-interactive scripts.
