This PR improves the repository's organization and educational value by standardizing directory names and enhancing documentation.

Key changes:

  • Directory renaming: deque/ -> Deque/, Error-debug/ -> ErrorHandling/.
  • Root README.md updates: Fixed Table of Contents anchor links for headers with emojis and updated all file paths.
  • Sub-directory README.md updates: Added Big-O complexity notation for algorithms in Arrays, Queues, Deque, Recursion, and Sorting.
  • Quality Assurance: Verified that all 49 non-interactive scripts execute correctly in the new structure.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9055552700552310697 started by @ppant

- Rename `deque/` to `Deque/` and `Error-debug/` to `ErrorHandling/` for consistency.
- Update root `README.md` with new directory names and corrected anchor links.
- Enhance sub-directory `README.md` files with Big-O complexity analysis and LaTeX notation.
- Verify that all scripts remain functional after restructuring.
