This PR replaces the
runningflag with anstateenum, so apps using libpretixnfc can detect if nfc is just not running or if its actually disabled (which could be fixed by the user).Also, now listening to
NfcAdapter.ACTION_ADAPTER_STATE_CHANGEDbroadcasts to enable the reader again after the user turned nfc on / set state toDISABLEDif turned off
