yaml: remove calico_plugin.so from manifests#948

This patch removes the calico_plugin.so from yamls as we do not ship it anymore. This also patches the multinet.yaml ClusterRole to make edits clearer and make sure we propagate daemonset changes. Signed-off-by: Nathan Skrzypczak <nathan.skrzypczak@gmail.com>
