Add --auto-wildcard flag (per-domain) + avoid ASN stream hangs

Implements --auto-wildcard to automatically detect wildcard DNS per base domain (using public suffix eTLD+1) and filter wildcard-based results without requiring -wd per domain.

Also hardens ASN expansion in stream input to avoid hangs when asnmap API is unauthorized, and adjusts the stream test to not depend on having an asnmap API key (while ensuring it never hangs).

Thank you for the contribution! This PR bundles an unrelated fix ("avoid ASN stream hangs") alongside the wildcard feature, which introduces scope creep. PRs should address a single concern to keep review manageable. The issue has been resolved via #966, which focuses purely on auto-wildcard detection with shared library extraction into projectdiscovery/utils and comprehensive tests. Closing in favor of that merged solution.
