Here is a simple GUI for unzip, from https://infozip.sourceforge.net/. Pull request for pacbrew-repo open rn: ps5-payload-dev/pacbrew-repo#19.
Select zip file, select output folder. Overwrites by default on extraction. Shows progress, is done when cursor goes from right of extraction info text to below the last line (just like on a normal system).
Stress tested with a 30GB file that decompressed from usb to internal drive (83GBs uncompressed game, one of those files was 55GBs inside the archive so large file support is definitely working). Possibilities are endless. Get around bad network connection by transferring compressed zip and extracting. Store more games in zip files on external USB, but be able to get full performance when you uncompress them unlike pfsc. Also, it's just cool.
