Adds a root Maven aggregator POM to build the “Mini Ptidej Tool Suite” as a multi-module Maven project, matching the existing per-module pom.xml structure already present in the repository.
Changes:
- Introduces a top-level
pom.xmlwithpackaging=pomto aggregate the existing modules. - Declares module list (
CPL,PADL,SAD, etc.) and basic build properties (encoding, compiler release, test output redirection).
