Optimized ShareableMap.clear() by replacing a manual loop with TypedArray.prototype.fill().

Performance Improvement:

  • Baseline: ~7.15ms
  • Optimized: ~1.17ms
  • Speedup: ~6x

Ensured correctness by respecting DataView byteOffset and byteLength to avoid potential memory corruption when using sliced buffers. Verified with existing tests and a custom benchmark.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1945470898682860654 started by @pverscha

Replaces the manual loop for zeroing out the index buffer with `TypedArray.prototype.fill()`. This significantly improves the performance of the `clear()` method.

Benchmarks showed an improvement from ~7.15ms to ~1.17ms for a map with 500,000 expected size (~6x faster).

Correctly handles `DataView` offsets and lengths to ensure safe memory access.
