This pull request updates the versions of two JAR files used in the
start.ps1script to ensure the latest builds are executed. Both theFile-Integrity-Scannerandintegrity_hashcomponents are now referencing their new versions.Dependency version updates:
File-Integrity-ScannerJAR reference from version1.8.3to1.8.4in thejava -jarcommand.integrity_hashJAR reference from version1.2.1-jar-with-dependenciesto1.2.2in both the copy and execution steps.
