Validate against updated license keys

PR Description

This PR updates the license validation logic to use the new, known license data values.

Changes included:

• Replaced the two previously hardcoded license hashes with the new values
• Ensured validation logic remains backward compatible
• Continued using the validated license list to populate repository metadata

Notes:

• Changes were verified in a staging environment
• No impact to existing installations beyond license validation
