Not sure what I am doing... This is an attempt to add stubs for the aravis library. I added Lib("Aravis", "0.8") to update_all.py and ran the script in an environment where gir1.2-aravis-0.8 was installed, creating Aravis.pyi.

Thats how it works. Updating all libs is not necessary, check https://github.com/pygobject/pygobject-stubs/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md how to update a single file.

This looks ready for me. It would be good if you tests it against your application.
