feat(search): highlight and jump between values matches instead of filtering

• Replace search filtering on the values page with highlighting and jump navigation that keeps every row visible
• Make Enter jump to the next match and Shift+Enter jump to the previous match
• Highlight every match in amber and the active match in orange
• Add scrollbar markers for every match and for the active match
• Clear the search field with Escape while the search bar is focused
