This tag v1.0.15 brings below fixes for Qcom Iris

  • Fix slice encode for kodiak target
  • Introduce pkg-iris-vpu to provide debian DKMS packaging
  • detect UBWC helper functions at build time

This tag v1.0.15 brings below fixes for Qcom Iris

- Fix slice encode for kodiak target

Updated PR by reverting purwa enablement changes as purwa videocc dt-bindings are not available in 6.18.28-yocto-standard kernel, in turn it is failing nodistro in meta-qcom ci.
Will fix purwa issue in upcoming PR's
