The staged TCP osx meterpreter does not work for certain distributions and version of MacOS. This is due to a bug in stager, which fails to load and execute final stage. The bug is in hijacking method used in stager, which does not work (probably) due to different offset across versions. This PR temporary disables that feature, so that staged payloads for osx work regardless.
