Using plural here ("of any types") clarifies that the two monarch
power receives in 4D can be of different type. The rules use plural
here, too.

The rules read: "The Ships used to attack must all be in a single Sea Zone." I propose to use "one" here instead of "a" to convey that it is happening from a single sea zone. "a single Sea Zone" would be another option, but is longer. Signed-off-by: beorn7 <github@rabenste.in>
