Split each site's AP/Switch/Gateway counts into managed/unmanaged and flag managed sites with M in the widened all view, mirroring the device tables.

show sitenow splits each site's AP/Switch/Gateway counts into managed/unmanaged (APs (M/U), …) in all views, and flags managed sites withMin the widenedallview — mirroring the device tables. JSON/CSV keep numeric fields; theM/Ustring is table-only. Verified: built and run against live sites (table/all/csv/json), counts match the canonicalshow apmanaged counts.
