The current project's Python requirement (>=3.8.1,<4.0.0) is not compatible with some of the required packages Python requirement:
  - flake8 requires Python >=3.9, so it will not be satisfied for Python >=3.8.1,<3.9

Because sqlite-ml depends on flake8 (7.3.0) which requires Python >=3.9, version solving failed.
