Executes the license decision (svgsmith-x402#67): FSL-1.1-MIT — free for internal use / education / research / non-competing use, blocks competing commercial redistribution, and each release converts to MIT after 2 years (canonical FSL text).

  • LICENSE → full FSL-1.1-MIT text (holder: realproject7, 2026)
  • pyproject.tomllicense = "FSL-1.1-MIT" (valid SPDX id; build + twine check PASSED)
  • README badge + license section

Rides the 0.9.0 release (PR #91) so no additional MIT version is ever published. Old PyPI releases (≤0.8.0) remain MIT irrevocably — post-release the operator yanks them (hides from new resolution; pinned installs unaffected).

Follow-up (separate, svgsmith-x402 web): footer "MIT engine" + "free · MIT" chip copy.

Free for internal use, education, research and any non-competing use;
blocks competing commercial redistribution; each release converts to MIT
on its second anniversary. Ships with 0.9.0; earlier PyPI releases stay
MIT and will be yanked (hidden from new installs, pinned users unaffected).
