docs(erp): maintenance cost appendix — rough 5-year comparison#50

Conversation
… a self-hosted stack Rough, explicitly-labeled planning estimate (not a benchmark) comparing 5-year maintenance man-days for a 10-user shop: this engine's static-CDN/browser/signed-op-log architecture vs a self-hosted iDempiere/Odoo-shaped stack. Names the honest asymmetry both ways — no server-ops category on our side, but the async multi-writer fold is real front-loaded engineering that row-locking RDBMS transactions already solved decades ago at no cost to them.
