This PR adds automation for OpenShift Mirror Registry installation in setup_registry while preserving support for the existing Podman-based local registry.
It includes the Mirror Registry installation flow, updates pull-secret creation and release mirroring for both registry options, adds the required variables in vars/main.yml, and documents the configuration in docs/vars-doc.md.
