Now you can pass your own elements you want to see in header and footer sections. Views with refresh info (like
pull down to refresh,pull up to load moreand etc.) are on its place, only custom header and footer added. I also fixed the example in README. Custom header and footer can be simply passed asRefreshInfiniteListView's props.
