First of a 2-PR stack (mirrors monorepo PRs). Adds
GET /metrics/overviewunder a new Metrics tag, plus the shared metrics schemas (MetricCounts,MetricsTimeseriesPoint,MetricsDomainBreakdown,MetricsOverview,GetMetricsOverviewResponseSuccess).Only
resend.yamlis edited (resend.jsonis generated on merge). Stack: engagement builds on this branch. Supersedes #76.
