chore(upgrade): upgrade configure pipelines to enable disable managed pipelines, and fixes for new llama-stack image.

• add new llamastack image for 0.6.0
• add volume mounts for new image paths

  volumeMounts:

• enable PGvector for vector store to prevent errors.
