InkBatch Rx is built as a set of loosely coupled microservices behind a single API gateway, with each domain — batch ingestion, allergen analysis, regulatory export — running independently so nothing takes down everything. All transactional batch and lot data lives in MongoDB because the document model maps cleanly to the nested structure of a pigment formulation record and I'm not apologizing for it. Redis handles long-term compliance archive storage with snapshot persistence enabled, which has held up fine under three years of production load. The frontend is a lean React SPA that talks exclusively to the internal REST layer — no third-party analytics, no tracking, nothing phoning home.
