StippleGrid

Automated multispectral vineyard monitoring that files crop insurance claims from drone evidence — without waking anyone up.

StippleGrid is an early-stage concept for vineyard operators who want stress detection and insurance documentation to happen in a single automated workflow. The idea: drone sweeps catch canopy problems, the system identifies which rows are affected, and pre-filled insurance claims go out with georeferenced evidence attached — all without manual steps in between. It is currently a prototype exploring whether that pipeline can be made reliable enough to trust at 3am.

Integrations

Agricultural insurer API integration is scaffolded as a concept target but not yet wired to live systems. No production insurer connections exist in the current prototype.

Architecture

The prototype is organized around three loosely coupled stages: drone tasking and image ingestion, spectral analysis and anomaly detection, and claim document assembly. These stages are designed to hand off structured data between them, but the current codebase is exploratory — connections between stages are not yet hardened or independently deployable.
