… skill Both repos were folded into liminate-dev (site-consolidation commit 00187d8: "Mood Ring port + site consolidation under liminate.dev"). liminate-site and liminate-receipts are no longer separate propagation targets -- liminate-dev now hosts both the public site (static/site/*) and the products (Receipts, Agreements, Mood Ring, Pulse, Seshat). Also re-synced this repo-local copy with the canonical installed skill, which had drifted ahead independently (Step 0 session-contract co-trigger section, refined stale-phrase search guidance) since this copy was last updated.
