Fixes several bugs related to repo detection, workspace matching, query parsing, and file opening.
This PR improves the robustness of the extension by preventing crashes from unvalidated input, ensuring correct repo and file identification in multi-root workspaces, properly detecting git worktrees/submodules, and gracefully handling invalid git references.
