- Unify Docker publish into single workflow (tests -> plan -> matrix build) on push to main\n- Add build plan + versions files for Godot 3/4 to support rebuilding older versions\n- Add Marketplace tag workflow to publish new action versions\n- Add README sync script + PR workflow to keep supported versions in sync
