ELM Detection using Bayesian method

This code calculates the probability of a change-point in an 1D array of filterscope data. This method is based on the algorithm introduced in Ryan P. Adams, David J.C. MacKay, Bayesian Online Changepoint Detection, arXiv 0710.3742 (2007)
