This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.

Using the App

1) Sign in or create an account

• Go to the sign-in page and authenticate.
• If you are new, use the sign-up flow first.

2) Create your first journal entry

• Open the Journal page and click the create entry action.
• Write your entry and submit to save it.

3) View analysis and advice

• After saving, open the entry to see AI analysis and advice.

4) Review history

• Visit the History page to browse past entries and trends.

5) Manage your account

• Use the dashboard area to manage entries and revisit advice.
